In this role, you will provide medication management services to individuals with a range of mental health conditions. Your expertise in psychiatric assessment, medication prescribing, and treatment planning will be essential in ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with clinical best practices.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with therapists and other clinical team members to ensure holistic care.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and families regarding medications, potential side effects, and treatment expectations.
  •  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
  • Stay up to date with psychiatric research, treatment protocols, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted PMHNP license (required).
  • Experience in medication management, psychiatric evaluation, and treatment planning.

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy services to clients facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.   • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
