Leah Vizel, LMSW, is a dedicated psychotherapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges. She has experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, developmental delays, and behavioral concerns, and takes a gentle, supportive approach to care. Leah began her career in education and behavior intervention before moving into social work, where she has guided families through care management, supervised teams of social workers, and provided direct support in both school and clinical settings. She believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Fluent in English and Yiddish, Leah is sensitive to cultural needs and tailors treatment to meet each individual where they are. Her goal is to support lasting healing, build resilience, and strengthen family connections.
Shaindy Arieh is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. She brings a unique combination of professional training, empathy, and fresh perspective to the field of social work.

She is skilled in conducting psychosocial assessments, active listening, and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Her approach is grounded in compassion, advocacy, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether she’s coordinating care, navigating resources, or supporting clients through moments of crisis, Shaindy is committed to showing up with presence, warmth, and purpose. She believes that with the right support, people can tap into their own strength — and she considers it a privilege to be part of that process.
